| 摘 要： | 采用盆栽和大田试验相结合的方法,研究了不同植物生长调节物质拌种对玉米后期叶片衰老及产量的影响。结果表明:不同植物生长调节物质均能增强后期叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)的积累,增加绿叶面积和提高叶面积指数,延缓后期叶片衰老。其中,处理C300mg/kg丁二酸+0.3%壳聚糖(丁二酸∶壳聚糖为1∶10)]显著改善玉米穗部性状,增加玉米产量,增产率为9.04%。

| Abstract: | With the field and pot experiments,effects of seed dressing with different plant growth regulators on maize leaves senescence and yield were studied.The results showed that all the plant growth regulators used in this experiment could increase the activity of leaves SOD and LAI,reduce the accumulation of MDA,and prolong the leaves senescence at the late growth stage.The treatment C could significantly improve spike characteristics and increase yield of maize by 9.04%. |
