黄瓜褐斑病抗病性鉴定技术及品种抗病性鉴定

摘    要:采用孢子浓度为(3~4)×10 4个•mL-1的黄瓜褐斑病菌分生孢子悬浮液,喷雾接种第一真叶期黄瓜幼苗,保湿24 h。该方法适合于黄瓜褐斑病的苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定和大量材料的抗源筛选,利用该方法筛选出3份高抗材料和2份抗病材料。品种抗性鉴定结果表明津优3号和津优38号为高抗品种。

Abstract:Pycnoconidia solution of 30 000-40 000 per mL was used as identification method for resistance to target leaf spot of cucumber.The solution was sprayed on to the seedlings with 1 true leaf and kept in moisture for 24 hours.Inoculation results showed that 3 accessions were high resistant and 2 accessions were resistant to target leaf spot.‘Jinyou No.3’and‘Jinyou No.38’were high resistant varieties to target leaf spot.
