栀子果及其色素中微量元素的分析

摘    要:采用WP_1型一米平面光栅光谱仪测定栀子果及其色素中的微量元素和含量。结果表明栀子果和栀子黄色素中具有20种微量元素:Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Ni、Mo、V、Sb、Pb、Sn、Bi、Ga、Ag、Cd、Co、Ba、Be、B、Zr和Ti。各样品中未检出有毒元素As。Pb的含量均很低。色素中Pb含量小于3ppm,符合国家标准的要求。Ⅰ号样品与Ⅱ号样品中微量元素的含量相差不大。Ⅱ号的Co和B含量比Ⅰ号多是产地不同之故。

Abstract:For determinjng the trace elements and their contents in the fruit and xanthophyl of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, a WP1-planegrating spectrograph is used. The results reveal that there are twenty elements in the fruit and xanthophyl. They are Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Ni, Mo, V, Sb, Pb, Sn, Bi, Ga, Ag, Cd, Co, Ba, Be, B, Zr, and Ti. The poisonous As isn't determined in every sample and the contents of Pb is lower than 3 ppm. The contents of trace elements are hardly different between the sample 1 and the sample 2 except those of Co abd B in the sample 2 are higher than in the sample 1. This is due to the samples didn't take from the same locality.
