国际水稻所水稻品种在安徽的表现

对国际水稻所 196 4～ 1995年育成的 2 8个水稻品种的农艺、产量、品质性状在安徽的表现进行了分析研究 ,结果表明 :IR44产量最低 ,PSBRC 0 4最高 ,多数参试品种的糙米率和整精米率较高 ,米粒细长 ,糊化温度低或中等 ,但垩白度和直链淀粉含量较高 ,胶稠度硬 ,其结论为更好地利用国际水稻所的稻种资源提供依据

The Performance of Rice Varieties from IRRI in Anhui

Twenty-eight varieties developed by IRRI(International Rice Research Institute) from 1964 to 1995 were studied in their agronomic traits such as yield and grain quality for more effective utilization of the rice germplasm resources. The results indicated that IR44 had the lowest yield, while PSBRC-04 had the highest yield. Most of varieties performed higher ratio of brown rice and milled rice, and the type of grain was long and slender with low or intermediate gelatinization temperature, but higher percentage of chalky area, content of amylose and harder gel consistency.
