红麻炭疽病菌生理小种的初步鉴定

 从我国红麻主产区广西、安徽、浙江、辽宁等省区病株分离或搜集得到了44个菌株。自1980年6月到1981年8月,在红麻品种越南一号、粤红一号、塔什干及玫瑰红麻的玫瑰茄等寄主上,先后在田间或温室进行了三次接种鉴定。44个菌株鉴定的结果初步表明:我国红麻炭疽病菌较肯定的有一号、二号两个生理小种,并未发现有其他小种;两个小种中以二号小种分布广泛,为目前我国红麻炭疽病菌的优势小种。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF PHYSIOLOGIC RACES OF COLLETOTRICHOM HIBISCI POLL.ON KENAF HEMP(CANNABINUS HIBISCI L.)

Forty-four cultures of Colletotrichum hibisci were made and isolated from diseased kenaf plants collected from the principal kenaf producing areas of Guangxi,Anhui and Zhejiang provinces,China.These cultures were separately inoculated to the differential host plants Yuenan No.1,YuenanNo.3 Yuehong No.1,Yuehong No.3 ashengan(Kenaf varioties) and Moiquiqie(Hibiacus abdariffa L.),etc.both in the field and in the green-house during June 1980 to August 1981 in Hangzhou,Zhejiang,China.Results of the tests showed that only two physiologic races could be recognized on the basis of reactions to the differential plants,and these were identified as Race No.1 and ace No.2 which were reported in 1964 by the Institute ofFiber Crops of Chinese Acadomy of Agricultural Sciences.The tests also revealed that Race No.2 was widely distributed over the kenaf cropping areas of China and became a dominant race as was Race No.1 during the 1960s.
