日韩农协发展探析简

农协，作为日本和韩国的主力农民合作经济团体，在其本国的农业发展中起着重要的作用．通过其较成熟的体系建设和管理制度促进和推动着农业的快速发展。而中国的农民合作组织相较于日韩农协，还存在着很大的差距。通过分析日韩农协发展历史与现状，得出对中国农民合作组织发展的几点启示。

Development of Agricultural Co-operatives in Japan and Republic of Korea

Agricultural co-operatives, as main farmer economic cooperative organizations in Japan and Republic of Korea, play significant functions in the national agricultural development. They accelerate and drive the agricultural development by their mature system construction and management system. However, compared with Japanese and Korean agricultural co-operatives, the farmer cooperative organizations in China existed relatively large gap. Studying the history and present status of Japanese and Korean agricultural co-operatives, the authors gained some enlightenments for the development of China＇s farmer cooperative organization.
