摘    要:针对重庆市油菜生产的生态特点,对部分具有特殊意义的育种材料、优质亲本和它们的组合的光合特性进行了初步分析。结果表明两个新型双重不育系在阴天的光合强度显著低于核不育系,而与胞质不育系无显著差异,晴天的光合强度却显著高于它们的保持系和原始亲本L17A,双重不育系光合强度的特殊表现与它们的叶绿素含量及a/b比值无关,甘蓝型菜籽油菜的光合强度低,产量较低,原因不只在叶绿素含量,还与其他因素有关;在亲本与组

Abstract:Taking into consideration the ecological characteristics in rape ( Brassica napus ) production around Chongqing, a preliminary study was made of the photosynthetic traits of some breeding materials of special interest, high quality parents and their cross combinations. In cloudy days the photosynthetic rate of the two new GCDMS (genic cytoplasmic double male sterile) lines studied was significantly lower than that of the GMS lines but was not different from that of the CMS lines. In sunny days their photosynthetic rate was higher than that of their maintainers and the parent L17A. Such distinct performance of the CGDMS lines in photosynthetic rate was not relevant to their chlorophyll content or chlorophyll a/b ratio. The relatively low photosynthetic rate of yellow seeded genotypes of rape and the accompanying low yield seemed due not only to chlorophyll content but to some other factors as well. A comparison of the parents and their cross combinations showed that the photosynthetic rate of their F 1s tended to be closer to their higher rate parent in cloudy days and to ehtir lower rate parent in sunny days. Hybridization proved to be favorable for the retention of the parents' photosynthetic traits which are better adapted to their ecological environment.
