基于XPS的苹果表皮2种残留农药代谢结构分析

摘    要:利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析技术,研究了苹果表皮残留的氧乐果和敌敌畏中的特征元素P,解析并对比原药及残留农药中P的化学结构。结果显示,氧乐果中P部分转化为结合能为133.37 eV的O,O,S-三甲基磷酸酯;敌敌畏中P仍以O,O-二甲基-O-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)磷酸酯为主。表明XPS可实现对苹果表皮2种残留农药的结构检测,方法简单、可靠性高。

Abstract:Knowledges of pesticides metabolism of fruits will help us grasp the danger to human health.By X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),characteristics elements P existing in Omethoate and Dichlorvos was investigated in apple epidermis followed by comparison of the chemical structure of P between drug and pesticide residues.The results showed that P of Omethoate inverted partly to O,O,S-trimethyl with a binding energy of 133.37 eV for phosphate.In conclusion XPS is a reliable method for two kinds of pesticide metabolism analysis in apple epidermis.
