血清钙不同测定方法的比较

目的]建立一种成本低、准确性高、操作简便、适合临床兽医的疾病诊断和实验室检测的血清钙测定方法。方法]根据精密度分析、回收试验、稳定性分析、线性范围确定、干扰试验等，比较了乙二胺四乙酸二钠（EDTA-2Na）滴定法、偶氮氯膦I法、偶氮胂Ⅲ法和偶氮氯膦-mA法检测血清钙离子浓度的准确性和可操作性。结果]偶氮氯膦I测定法空白值低，随机误差小，精密度最高。偶氮氯膦-mA法的相关系数最大，但4种方法在浓度0．1～6．0mmol／L都具有良好的线性关系，无明显差异。回收试验中EDTA-2Na滴定法回收率为97．1％；偶氮氯膦I法回收率为98．5％；偶氮氯膦-mA法回收率97．6％；偶氮肿Ⅲ法回收率为100．7％。结论]偶氮氯膦I法具有精密度高、回收率高、稳定性高、空白值低和变异系数低等特点。是一种值得推广的血清钙测定方法。

Comparison of the Different Testing Methods of Calcium in Serum

Objective] The testing method of the calcium in serum with low-cost, high accurate, easy and suitable for diagnose of animal disease and operation in lab was set up.Method] The accuracy and maneuverability of the method of Na2EDTA titration, CPA, ASAⅢ and CPA-mA for the measure of the calcium in serum were compared according to the analysis of precision and stability, the experiment in retrieval and interference, and linear range.Result] The method of CPA was with low blank value, small random error and highest precision.The method of CPA-mA had the largest correlation coefficient.There was good linear relation at the concentration of 0.1-6.0 mmol/L in four methods without difference.In the experiment in retrieval the recovery rate from Na2EDTA was 97.1%; CPA, 98.5%; CPA-mA, 97.6% and ASAⅢ, 100.7%.Conclusion] The method of CPA was with high precision, recovery rate, stability and low blank value and variation coefficient, which was worth extension.
