果梅离体繁殖技术研究

摘    要:以优选果梅黔荔1号单株为材料,对外植体灭菌时间、腋芽启动和增殖培养进行了研究。结果表明:以0.1%HgCl_2消毒8 min效果最好,其存活率为75%;适合腋芽启动培养的基本培养基是WPM;最有利于腋芽启动和增殖的培养基是WPM+1.0 mg/L6-BA+0.5 mg/LNAA+1.0 mg/LGA_3,有效增殖系数高达1.51。

Abstract:Using better single plant(Qian Li NO.1) from Prunus mume as materials,explants sterilization,and proliferation culture of axillary buds were studied.The results showed that the optimal sterilization time of explant was about 8 minutes with 0.1%HgCl_2,and its survival rate was 75%.The basal medium of of axillary buds was WPM.The best medium for and proliferation of axillary buds was WPM+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L GA_3,and its effective multiplication coefficient was 1.51.
