水杨酸对高温强光胁迫下小麦叶片蛋白激酶和磷酸酯酶活性的调节作用

摘    要:为了探讨外源水杨酸对高温强光胁迫下小麦叶片蛋白激酶和磷酸酯酶活性的调节作用,在灌浆期对小麦叶面喷施0.5 mmol/L水杨酸后,进行高温强光胁迫处理,并测定蛋白激酶活性和磷酸酯酶活性。同时用1 mmol/L蛋白激酶抑制剂(FSBA)处理进行验证。结果表明,外源水杨酸处理显著提高了2种酶活性,蛋白激酶相对活性最高达312%,磷酸酯酶相对活性最高达217%。外源水杨酸通过促进高温强光胁迫下小麦叶绿体蛋白的可逆磷酸化反应,保护了光合机构的完整性。

Abstract:Effects of exogenous SA on the activity of protein kinases and phosphatase in wheat(Triticum asetivum L.)leaves at filling stage were studied under heat and high irradiance stress.0.5mmol/L SA was sprout to wheat leaves at filling stage,and then the wheat plants were put under heat and high irradiance stress.The activity of protein kinases and phosphatase were determined.1mmol/L FSBA was used at the same time to validate the effects of SA.The results showed that SA increased the activity of protein kinases to 312% and that of phosphatase to 217%.Therefore,exogenous SA hastened the phosphorylation and nonphosphorylation of wheat chloroplast proteins under heat and high irradiance stress,and then protected the photosynthetic organ's integrality in wheat leaves.
