摘    要:利用盆栽试验,研究4种砧木的甜樱桃嫁接苗的在干旱胁迫条件下的生理特性变化,用于筛选较耐旱的甜樱桃砧木品种。随干旱胁迫程度的增加,4种砧木嫁接苗叶片的过氧化氢和超氧阴离子的含量呈上升的趋势,上升幅度较大的是‘考特’品种,幅度最小的是‘本溪山樱’;质膜相对透性和脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,相对透性‘考特’品种的增幅最大,‘本溪山樱’最小;脯氨酸含量‘本溪山樱’的增幅最大,其次为‘莱阳矮樱’、‘大青叶’、‘考特’。利用隶属函数法对材料进行抗旱性的综合评价,4种不同砧木樱桃的抗旱性由强到弱的顺序依次是‘本溪山樱’,‘莱阳矮樱’,‘大青叶’,‘考特’。
