添加木聚糖酶对仔猪玉米——豆粕型饲粮养分消化率的影响

摘    要:目的]探索饲用酶制剂的作用规律,科学使用酶制剂,避免盲目饲用酶制剂和充分利用饲料资源等问题。方法]采用单因子设计,设5个处理,分别饲喂不添加酶的基础饲粮和添加4个木聚糖酶水平的加酶饲粮。消化试验选用24头健康、体重约15kg的约克×荣昌仔猪,随机设5个处理,对照组4个重复,其他处理组5个重复,每个重复1头猪。结果]结果表明:在玉米和豆粕型饲粮中单独添加木聚糖酶,对粗蛋白、有机物、钙、磷、ADF没有改进作用;不加酶与加酶组的蛋白质消化率分别为84.4%与82.7%,能量消化率分别为85.8%与85.7%,差异不显著。结论]该研究为实际应用饲用酶制剂提供了依据,添加单一的木聚糖酶对仔猪的养分消化率和生长性能没有改善作用,需与其他外源消化酶联合使用。

Abstract:Objective The function rule of enzyme preparation and the scientific use of enzyme preparation were explored,which could avoid the blind use of enzyme preparation and make full use of fertilizer resources.Method This experiments was designed by single factor including five treatments,which were respectively given the diets without enzyme and with four levels of xylanase.24 healthy Landrace×Rongchang crossbred piglets(initial body weight about 15kg) were allotted randomly into five treatments.The control treatment consisted of 4 replicates and each of the other treatment consisted of 5 replicates with one piglet per replicate.Result Result showed that xylanase supplementation had no significant improvement effect on crude protein,organic matter,calcium,phosphorus and ADF.The nutrient digestibility of xylanase supplementation and non-xylanase supplementation groups were 84.4 % and 82.7 %,respectively.And the energy digestibilities were 85.8 % and 85.7 %,which had no significant difference.Conclusion This paper provided references for the application of enzyme preparation.The single xylanase supplementation had no effect on the nutrient digestibility and growth performance of piglets.Therefore,it should be combined with other exogenous digestive enzymes.
