苎麻生物脱胶工艺技术与设备生产应用研究

摘    要: 在工厂化条件下对“苎麻生物脱胶工艺技术与设备”进行了生产应用实验。高效脱胶菌株 T85- 2 60繁殖速度快、产脱胶关键酶、培养条件粗犷 ,经 5~ 7h纯培养的菌液接种到生苎麻上发酵处理 5~ 8h,即可达到除去果胶、半纤维素、木质素等非纤维素物质从而获得纯净苎麻纤维的目的。与常规化学方法比较 ,该发明具有高产、优质、高效、节能、低污染等特点 :脱胶剂投入减少 80 %以上 ;脱胶制成率提高 5~ 6个百分点 ;脱胶消耗水、电、汽总能耗节省 30 %以上 ;污染物排放总量减少 45%~ 55%;精干麻可纺性能明显提高 ,纤维弯曲疲劳次数、细纱强力分别提高 2 1 1 %和 2 0 %~ 50 %;深加工劳动强度小、工作效率高、产品质量大幅度改善

Abstract:A Chinese Patent equipment and Technique for Ramie Degumming by Microorganism is applied in some textile mills at industrial conditions. Since the degumming strain T85 260 growing fast, secreting some key enzymes and being cultured easily, all of the non cellulose matter, such as pectin, hemi cellulose lignin are removed from raw ramie fibers that are fermented 5~8 h after inoculated the strain, which is cultured 5~7 h, and the refine ramie fibers are obtained. Compared with the normal chemical method, this patent has 5 advantages: high production, excellent quality, save energy, good benefit and low pollution.
