| Abstract: | This paper start with providing an overview about the relevant definitions of network information resources and net- work information resources management, followed by a brief introduction on the problems of network information resources during the construction and management in China. Finally, it expounds multiple aspects on network information resources constructions and management in our country. We end the paper with some ideas to forecast the trends of the development. |
