| 摘 要： | 依据国家相关法律法规,对祁县子洪水库除险加固工程建设施工期的环境影响进行了评价,并提出环保措施。认为工程对环境的不利影响主要表现在施工期,但这是短期的;运行期对周边环境是有利的。
