摘    要:以大白菜(Brassica campestrisL ssp.pekinensis)为材料,MS为基本培养基,研究了不同基因型、不同外植体类型、不同激素组合及预培养处理条件对不定芽再生的影响。结果表明:基因型、外植体类型、激素组合和预培养条件对不定芽的形成均具有十分明显的影响。3个基因型间,‘85-1’的再生频率最高,‘天津青麻叶’次之,‘北京新三号’最低;2种外植体中,带柄子叶的再生频率显著高于下胚轴;22个激素组合中,TDZ 0.7 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L组合的再生频率最高(72.5%,‘85-1’带柄子叶);7个预培养处理中,0.5 mg/L 2,4-D预培养1d的效果最好,不定芽再生频率达到87.7%,且芽数多、质量好。

Abstract:Cotyledon with petiole and hypocotyl of three different varieties of Chinese cabbage as explants,the effects of hormone combination of thidiazuron(TDZ) + naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA) and benzyladenine(BA)+NAA on adventitous bud regeneration were studied.The results showed that the difference of the regeneration frequency among the difference varieties were significant,and that the regeneration frequency of cotyledon with petioles were better than hypocotyl,in which the variety '85-1' had the highest frequenc...
