戊唑醇在小麦中残留分析方法的研究

摘    要:在建立的戊唑醇残留分析方法中,小麦样品用丙酮为萃取溶剂,加水10 mL,机械振荡法提取,提取液用石油醚液液分配2次,中性氧化铝层析柱净化,气相色谱(GC-NPD)检测。小麦中戊唑醇的添加浓度分别为0.025、0.05和0.5 mg.kg-1,其回收率分别为73.98%~82.86%、81.21%~95.38%和81.51%~97.98%,变异系数为5.74%~9.33%。结果满足农药残留分析的要求。

Abstract:A residue analysis method was established for Tebuconazole.After mechanical oscillating ex-tracted twice with acetone,impurities were removed twice by liquid-liquid partition.Wheat samples extraction was cleaned up through a neutral Al2O3 column,and then concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD.0.025,0.05 and 0.5mg/kg of Tebuconzole in spiked wheat were analyzed,and the recoveries were in the range of 73.98% to 82.86%,81.21% to 95.38%,and 81.51% to 97.98%,respectively.Coefficients of variation ran...
