原子荧光分光光度法测定饲料中硒方法的研究

摘    要:采用原子荧光分光光度法测定饲料中硒的含量,结果表明:该法与国标法测定结果无显著性差异,且大大缩短了样品的前处理时间。当样品浓度在0.01~0.05μg/mL,样品浓度与峰高有良好的线性关系,回收率达到97.3%。
