应用苦参碱烟碱乳油喷雾防治杨树食叶害虫研究

摘    要:应用1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油不同浓度喷雾防治杨树食叶害虫杨小舟蛾、杨扇舟蛾、黄翅缀叶野螟幼虫。结果表明,1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油600倍液防治杨小舟蛾、杨扇舟蛾、黄翅缀叶野螟幼虫死亡率依次为100%、99.2%和100%,校正死亡率依次为100%、99.2%和100%;1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油800倍液防治上述3种害虫幼虫死亡率依次为93.2%、96.9%和95.7%,校正死亡率依次为92.8%、96.7%和93.0%;1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油1 000倍液防治上述3种害虫幼虫死亡率依次为79.2%、64.3%和80.5%,校正死亡率依次为78.0%、62.3%和79.4%。t检验结果,1.2%苦参碱烟碱乳油600与800倍液、600与1 000倍液、800与1 000倍液之间幼虫死亡率均差异极显著(P<0.01)。生产上宜采用600倍液防治,并可实现无公害防治目标。

Abstract:The matrine-nicotine missible oil with 1.2% potency was diluted with water(1:600,1:800 and 1:1000),and then sprayed to poplar respectively,in order to control Micromelalopha troglodyta,Clostera ana-choreta and Botyodes diniasalis.After the larvae were sprayed with 1:600 dilution,the death rates were 100%,99.2% and 100%,and the corrected mortality were 100%,99.2% and 100% respectively.The death rates of larvae sprayed with 1:800 dilution were 93.2%,96.9% and 95.7%,and the corrected mortality were 92.8%,96.7%...
