茶树叶片抗寒相关蛋白提取方法比较研究

摘    要:对茶树叶片采用3种蛋白质提取方法,并对SDS-PAGE电泳结果进行了比较分析。结果表明,发现利用改良丙酮沉降法提取蛋白,不仅提取效率高,而且杂质干扰少。电泳结果显示,蛋白条带清晰,数量多。利用这一方法对冷驯化下不同品种茶树叶片抗寒相关蛋白进行了研究,在云抗43和舒茶早中分别发现了与抗寒相关的23 ku下调蛋白和51 ku上调蛋白,获得了满意的蛋白SDS-PAGE分析结果。

Abstract:Three methods for extraction protein from tea plants were used,and the results were compared by SDS-PAGE.After optimization,satisfied results were achieved in the application of the modified acetone settle-ment method to isolate the cold resistance protein from several tea plants.23 ku down-regulation protein band in Yunkang43 and 51 ku up-regulation protein band in Shuchazao related to cold resistance could be observed in the analysis of SDS-PAGE.
