反相高效液相色谱法检测葡萄味碳酸饮料中苋菜红和亮蓝的不确定度评定

摘    要:对碳酸饮料中苋菜红、亮蓝的液相色谱分析方法进行了不确定度评定,为直接进样法检测合成着色剂的色谱条件优化及试验过程质量控制提供了科学的依据。根据《化学分析中不确定度评估指南》重点对峰面积、标准溶液浓度、样品称重、样品定容体积、回收率和数值修约等不确定度分量逐一进行了评定,并计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,结果为m苋=0.014±0.000 32 g/kg,k=2;m亮=0.014±0.000 51g/kg,k=2。各不确定度分量对总不确定度的贡献按由高到低顺序排列为峰面积>标液浓度>回收率>数值修约>样品定容体积>样品称重。
