南岭天蚕种卵保护温度与孵化率的研究

摘    要:采用不同的保护温度,研究南岭天蚕种卵在不同温度条件下的孵卵与孵化。结果表明:不同保护温度、孵化温度下的孵化率略有差异;孵卵时间与孵化历期长短,与种卵保护温度无相关性,孵卵和孵化期间的温度低,孵卵和孵化期的时间长,反之则短。同时可确定南岭天蚕卵的有效积温,不但高于柞蚕卵的有效积温,同时也高于长白山天蚕卵的有效积温。种卵在-15~-10℃条件下保护,对饲养效果无不良影响。
