| 摘 要： | 2003—2005年,同期发情处理德肉美供体母羊60只,发情59只,同期发情率达98.33%;同期发情处理受体母羊385只,发情369只,同期发情率达95.84%。2003年超排处理德肉美供体母羊14只,查黄体145个,采用输卵管冲胚技术回收卵138枚,回收率95.17%,可用胚127枚,移植鲜胚127枚,移植受体羊100只,受胎率57%。2004—2005年超排处理德肉美供体母羊46只,查黄体492个,采用子宫冲胚技术回收卵398枚,回收率80.89%,有效胚318枚,移植鲜胚208枚,鲜胚移植受体羊186只,受胎率55.91%;制作冻胚110枚,移植冻胚100枚,冻胚移植受体羊80只,未返情受体羊数42只,受胎率51.50%。
