摘    要:通过对松花蛋食品工艺流程和最终产品特征的分析,结合食品安全管理体系,强化GMP和SSOP等基础计划,使体系得到持续的评估和验证。保证食品安全管理体系持续、有效的运行,指导企业在加工过程中如何运行管理体系。并针对松花蛋的产品特性,提出适用于松花蛋的合理安全管理建议。
