谈交流电动机的恒功率因数控制

摘    要:对交流电动机的功率因数进行负反馈控制可使其功率因数恒定。通过对交流电动机稳态数学模型的分析可知,最优效率对应的功率因数由转差频率控制,且电动机功率因数在小范围内变化时所引起效率变化小。因此,可以用恒功率因数控制替代最优功率因数控制。

Abstract:The power factor of AC motor is controlled by reverse feedback until it becomes iavanedy. Through analyzing the constant digital models of AC motor, there is a corresponding between the perfect efficiency and the rotating of power factor. Constant-power factor, in fact, is controlled by the rotating angle-frequency of AC motor. When the power of AC motor Varies in a little scale, it only cause few varieties in efficiency. So, the constant-power factor can take place of the controlling of perfect power factor.
