摘 要: | 为优化图像采集条件,提高图像采集质量,改善大米外观品质的检测效果,对光照强度和拍摄角度2个主要因素进行了研究,并以大米分割图像中统计的米粒数与实际拍摄的米粒数的比值作为衡量大米图像质量的评价标准,对在各种光照强度和拍摄角度的条件下采集的大米图像质量进行了分析比对。结果表明,在黑色背景下选择90°的拍摄角度和光照强度为40~50lx进行图像采集的效果较好。

Abstract: | In order to optimize image acquisition conditions and improve the quality of image acquisition and improve the detection results of the appearance quality of rice, two principal factors of light intensity and shooting angle were studied. The ratio of the rice in the segmentation image to the actual number in the rice image was used as the evaluation standard of the rice image quality. The rice images collected under various light intensity and shooting angle were analyzed and compared. The results showed that better effects could be obtained at the shooting angle of 90°, the light intensity of 40-50 lx, in a black background. |
