摘    要:为了探明重金属Cu.Zn处理对植物生长的影响,选用凤仙花种子为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的Cu—Zn处理对凤仙花种子的萌发、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在10~40mg/L低浓度处理时,Cu—Zn处理对凤仙花种子的萌发具有一定促进作用,但仍低于对照处理;而在40~320mg/L高浓度处理时,随着Cu-Zn处理浓度的增加,凤仙花种子的发芽率呈下降趋势。Cu—Zn处理对凤仙花幼苗的生长表现出低促高抑效应,当Cu—Zn处理浓度为40mg/L时,呈现出抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高抑制效应逐渐增强。cu—zn处理对凤仙花幼根生长的抑制作用大于对芽生长的抑制作用。Cu-Zn处理下凤仙花幼苗的根系活力受到显著的抑制。

The Effect of Cu-Zn Com- posite Stress on Germination and Seedling Growth of Impatiens

Abstract:In order to explore the influence effect of heavy metal Cu-Zn to the plant growth,the impatiens was chosen as test material to study the influence effect of different concentrations Cu-Zn to the germination and growth of impatiens. The results showed that under 10-40 mg/L concentration,the treatment of Cu-Zn boosted the germination, and under the 40-320 mg/L concentrations, the treatment of Cu-Zn inhibited the germination. The effect of Cu-Zn on impatiens seedlings growth showed promoting effect under low concentration and inhibiting effect under high concentration. It was showed inhibitory effect under the concentration of 40 mg/L, and the inhibition increased with the increasing of concentration. The inhibition on young root growth was higher than on buds growth. The root activity was significantly restrained under the treatment of Cu-Zn.
