氮肥运筹对黄河沙滩地优质麦氮素同化的影响

摘    要:以郑麦9023和豫麦34号2个强筋小麦品种为材料,采用盆栽试验,探索了黄河沙滩地土质条件下氮肥运筹对优质小麦氮素同化的影响。结果表明:2种优质小麦不同氮处理根、茎、叶的氮素同化量高峰期均在拔节期,氮肥分期追施处理在后期尤其是灌浆期不同器官生长的效果显著高于苗期一次性追施的;不同施氮处理对2种优质麦根、茎、叶氮素同化的影响在特定时期存在明显的品种差异;籽粒蛋白含量与小麦生育后期不同器官氮素同化量之间存在显著正相关关系;对籽粒产量及蛋白质含量来说,3个追氮处理中以苗期、拔节期和开花期3次等量施氮处理的效果最好。生产实践上,在氮肥运筹时应注意根据黄河沙滩地土质上优质小麦在生育过程中不同时期、不同同化器官对氮肥反应的差异进行适当调整。

Abstract:Effect of nitrogen application on nitrogen assimilation in strong gluten wheat was eva-luated in present study.Two strong gluten wheat,Zhengmai 9023(Zh.9023) and Yumai 34(Yu.34),were cultivated on sand beach soil of Huanghe River with the experiment of potted plant under different treatments of nitrogen application.Results were as follows: the fastigium of nitrogen assimilation of root,haulm,and leaf of the wheat was all at jointing stage in different nitrogen treatments.Growth effect of different organs of the wheat in post-earing,especially grouting stage,promoted by N(nitrogen fertilizer)-topdressing at different stages was better significantly than that of by one-off N-topdressing at seedling stages.Variety difference was found in the effect of nitrogen assimilation of root,haulm,and leaf in the two wheat accessions at given stage under different nitrogen treatments.Quantities of nitrogen assimilation of different organs in post-earing of the wheat showed significant positive correlativity between the content of protein in the wheat grain.As for yield and protein content of the wheat grains,the effect of treatment of N3 was the best in this study.When nitrogen was application,in practice,proper regulation should be done according to the different response to N of different organs in different stages among the life cycle of the strong gluten wheat cultivated on sand beach soil of Huanghe River.
