| 摘 要： | 医学数据可视化在临床上已成为辅助诊断和辅助治疗的重要手段,其技术也成为近年来研究和应用的热点。如何快速、方便、高效的实现医学数据可视化是个一直在探索的问题。为此,提出采用 VTK库进行医学数据可视化。分析了基于 VTK 库可视化工具包的机制,并用 VTK 对医学 CT 图像进行了面绘制。实例表明,用 VTK 开发三维可视化软件具有快速、方便、高效等特点。

| Abstract: | Visualization of medical data is an important means for diagnosis and treatment, its tech- niques have now become the highlights of research and application. How to realize a rapid,easy and high effective visualization of medical data has been the issue of study. Therefore it is proposed that VTK library is used for implementing the visualization of medical data. The mechanism of visualiza- tion tool package based onVTK is analyzed. CT images are plotted with VTK. The examples show that VTK has the characteristics of fast speed,convenience and high efficiency for visualization. |
