| 摘 要： | 人本管理是一种新的管理理念，是实现高校图书馆现代化的需要。通过分析传统图书馆管理模式的不足．阐述了人本管理的内涵及高校图书馆实行人本管理的必要性，并提出了构建以人为本的新的图书馆管理模式的策略。

| Abstract: | Human-oriented management is one kind of new administration idea, and is to realize the need of universities library modernization. The paper has not expounded the intension of human-oriented management and the necessity of libraries implementing human-oriented management via analyzing the shortcomings of tradition library management pattern and put forward strategies of constructing the management model of human-oriented management. |
