杨梅花色苷提取工艺条件的响应面分析及其抗氧化活性

摘    要:为提高杨梅资源的利用和活性成分的开发,运用四元二次回归旋转组合设计法及分光光度法探讨了杨梅鲜果花色苷的最佳提取工艺及杨梅花色苷粗提物清除DPPH自由基的效果。结果表明,曲面回归方程与实验结果拟合性好,优化工艺为提取温度35.34℃,液料比(v/w)11.02∶1,乙醇体积分数为68.09%,pH值2.72。在该条件下,杨梅花色苷的提取率为94.33%。将杨梅花色苷提取液通过大孔树脂进行分离,所制备的杨梅花色苷粗提物其清除DPPH自由基的效果优于EGCG,其IC50为0.1026mg·L-1。研究结果表明杨梅粗提物具有较强的抗氧化活性,其中花色苷等酚类物质可能为杨梅中重要的抗氧化成分。
