| 摘 要： | 通过对当前农村住宅普遍存在的问题进行分析研究，提出了小康型农村住宅设计理念；针对湖北恩施地区长年炎热多雨潮湿的气候特点。设计了适合恩施近郊的小康型农宅模型。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the current common problems in rural residence, the comfortably-off rural-housing design concept was put forward.Based on hot and humid rainy climate in Enshi of Hubei, the typical modle of comfortably-off rural-housing of Enshi suburb was designed. |
