摘    要:为探索生物改良盐碱地的有效办法,选择具有较强抗盐碱能力的油用向日葵作为研究对象,采用甘肃省永登县秦王川盆地的盐碱土为基础对照,设计了12种(含对照)不同土壤盐含量的处理,开展盆栽试验,并测定苗期和现蕾期叶片中丙二醛和膜透性、株高、叶面积以及收获时的经济产量和生物产量。结果显示,丙二醛、膜透性可以反映油葵受盐胁迫的生理状况,株高、叶面积可以作为油葵植株受盐胁迫时反映产量的指标。油葵耐盐能力强,可以在土壤盐含量小于8.5g/kg的环境中生长。但土壤中盐含量大于5.5g/kg,产量下降显著。
