摘    要:为研究公路车辆对道路的破坏性,采用虚拟样机技术,基于多体系统动力学理论,建立能反应4轮随机路面时域输入的车辆系统虚拟样机,根据行使平顺性和道路友好性各自评价指标采用ADAMS软件对悬架参数进行优化,分析了悬架刚度阻尼对道路友好性的影响,通过比较优化前后的车辆对道路的动载荷,提出了有关车辆悬架设计与使用方面的有益建议。

Abstract:Virtual prototype technology was used in the research of vehicle generated road damage.The virtual prototype of vehicle system with four-wheeled random road time domain models' displacement inputs based on the multi-body system dynamics was used in optimizing the suspension parameters by the ADAMS software in terms of the Appraisal criterion of the ride comfort and road friendliness.The road friendliness and the influence of suspension stiffness and damping upon them was analyzed.A dynamic tire force before and after optimization comparation was analyzed and some helpful conclusions about suspension design and application were made.
