| 摘 要： | 本文综述了苹果渣的化学成分及发酵生产生物蛋白质饲料时对培养基的选择、微生物菌种的筛选和发酵条件的确定,并总结了苹果渣发酵饲料用于奶牛生产的饲喂试验结果。研究表明,以苹果渣为主要原料发酵生产生物蛋白质饲料是切实可行的。

| Abstract: | The chemical components of pomace and selection of culture mediums, screening micro-organisms,ascertaining fermentation conditions for bio-protein feed and effects of fermented feedstuff of pomace on lactating dairy cattle were reviewed.Study showed that it was feasible to prepare bio-protein feed from fermentation of pomace. |
