摘    要: 病残体处于不同相对湿度(RH)下存活期不同.浸没水中和处于RH100%的存活期不超过1个月,RH90%的不超过7个月,RH75%的不超过14个月,RH65%的不超过34个月,在RH50%~10%的存活期可达77个月,即6年半,病残体上休眠分生孢子和菌丝体复苏生长过程是:休眠孢子培养果一大开始萌发.第5天产生孢子梗及孢子.第12天未见新孢子产生,成熟孢子开给脱落,菌丝萎缩.第6~9天是产生孢子高峰期,一个孢子可新产生孢子15个,最多达36个,一个孢子梗可新生孢子4个,最多达6个.

Abstract:The relationship between the survival period of diseased remains (Cladosporium allii) and the remains stored under different relative humidity conditions was very close.The remains immersed in water or at RH 100% lived for less than 1 month,less than 7 months at RH90%, less than 14 months at RH75%, less than 34 months at RH 65%, and over 77 months(i.e.six years and half)at RH 50%~10%.The reviving processess of resting conidia and mycelia of diseased remains were observed.The results show that the conida germinated on the lst day of culture. It bore conidioporous and new conidia on the 5th day of culture, no new conidia bore on the 12th day,and the mother conidia began to fall out,The myeelia atrophied on 12th day The upsurge bearing new conidia was on the 6th~9th day of culture.A mother conidia could bear 15 new conidia, bearing at most 36 new conidia.A conidiophore could bear 4 conidia, at most 6 new conidia.
