谈田间自然诱发鉴定品种抗瘟性的实用性

摘    要: 采用日本9个单基因鉴别品种和BL1、K59鉴定昆明抗瘟性鉴定圃中的稻瘟菌生理小种,计算病菌对各抗性基因型的致病率与病圃中已知抗性基困品种按基因型归类的平均感病程度的关系,病菌致病率高的感病程度也高,呈显着正相关,叶瘟r=0.941,穗瘟r=0.844.用已知抗性基因的品种,在具有对所持抗性基因能致病的稻瘟病菌的粳稻区进行多点鉴定.在多点上表现一致抗病的品种,可视为具有田间抗性.

Abstract:U sing 9 single gene differential varieties and BL_1, K_(59) identified the resist-ance of the races of blast funngus in Kunming. The relationship between disease-producing rate of blast fungus to resistant genes and the average degree of disease suscepti-ble of each gene form of resestant gene known varieties were investigated.The result showed that the more disease-producing rate of fungus had the higher degree of suscep-tible too, and presented a significantly positive correlation,where r=0.941 to blast of leaf.r=0.844 to blast of panicle.Multilocation identiflcation were taken by resistance genes known varieties in japonica rice cultivated area being able to pathogenesis for resistant genes.The varieties did not produce disease in multilocation that should be consisdered having field resestance. But the further study on the disease-producing genes of rice blast fungus and the resistance genes of rice varieties concerned should be taken.Presently,identifying resistance of varieties with natural disease-inducing in fields were practicable to screening the source of resistance,identifying the progeny of resistant breeding,and giving a mark of measurement of the model to forecast varietal resistance of rice blast.
