玉米秸和大豆秸对生长獭兔的营养价值

摘    要:为评定玉米秸和大豆秸在生长獭兔上的营养价值,本试验选择18只60日龄平均体重(1.78±0.20)kg的健康白色獭兔,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只。基础饲粮用套算法进行配制,玉米秸和大豆秸的替代比例为15%;采用全收粪法进行消化试验,预试期和正试期各7 d。结果表明:1)玉米秸与大豆秸中的总能(GE)以及干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、无氮浸出物(NFE)含量分别为15.79 MJ/kg、90.06%、5.35%、34.74%、65.39%、37.43%、2.89%、0.88%、8.85%、0.50%、0.08%、40.26%与15.11 MJ/kg、91.39%、5.64%、47.11%、65.20%、50.10%、10.95%、1.05%、8.80%、0.42%、0.09%、28.80%;2)玉米秸和大豆秸在生长獭兔中的表观消化能分别为6.84和4.87 MJ/kg,生长獭兔对玉米秸与大豆秸中的GE、DM、CP、CF、NDF、ADF、EE、粗灰分、Ca、P、NFE的消化率分别为43.33%、34.44%、54.77%、21.02%、27.52%、23.58%、85.92%、45.47%、32.78%、60.05%、53.79%与32.18%、21.74%、50.72%、15.60%、19.78%、12.57%、87.16%、56.69%、36.00%、66.64%、34.93%。生长獭兔对玉米秸和大豆秸中的不同营养成分消化率存在一定差异,结合饲料原料营养物质含量总体分析,玉米秸对生长獭兔的营养价值要高于大豆秸。

Abstract:This trial was carried out to evaluate the nutritional values of corn stalk and soybean stalk for growing Rex rabbits.Eighteen white growing Rex rabbits at the age of 60 days with an average weight of(1.78±0.20) kg were divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and one rabbit per replicate in a completely randomized design.A basal diet was formulated to meet requirements for growing Rex rabbits and two trial diets were formulated by substituting 15% of the basal diet with corn stalk and soybean stalk,respectively.Total fecal collection method was applied in the digestion test.Both pre-trial and trial period was 7 d.The results showed as follows: 1) gross energy(GE) and contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),acid detergent lignin(ADL),ether extract(EE),crude ash,Ca,P and nitrogen free extract(NFE) of corn stalk were 15.79 MJ/kg,90.06%,5.35%,34.74%,65.39%,37.43%,2.89%,0.88%,8.85%,0.50%,0.08% and 40.26%,respectively,and those of soybean stalk were 15.11 MJ/kg,91.39%,5.64%,47.11%,65.20%,50.10%,10.95%,1.05%,8.80%,0.42%,0.09% and 28.80%,respectively.The apparent digestible energy of corn stalk and soybean stalk were 6.84 and 4.87 MJ/kg,respectively.2) Apparent digestibility of GE,DM,CP,CF,NDF,ADF,EE,crude ash,Ca,P and NFE of corn stalk were 43.33%,34.44%,54.77%,21.02%,27.52%,23.58%,85.92%,45.47%,32.78%,60.05% and 53.79%,respectively,and those of soybean stalk were 32.18%,21.74%,50.72%,15.60%,19.78%,12.57%,87.16%,56.69%,36.00%,66.64% and 34.93%,respectively.There are certain differences between the nutrient digestibility of corn stalk and soybean stalk for growing Rex rabbits,nutritional values of corn stalk is better than those of soybean stalk combined with the chemical analysis of feed ingredients.
