基于虚拟仪器的发动机无负荷测功系统研制

摘    要:根据发动机运转特点,选用高精度磁电式传感器,设计制作出针对性的信号调理电路,配以高响应度和高采样频率的数据采集卡,运用LabVIEW编制测试软件,以软件控制时间间隔,采用M/T法计算转速,开发出基于虚拟仪器的发动机无负荷测功系统,有效的避免了传统测功仪采用硬件触发和M法计算转速的缺陷,而且该测试系统以软件为计算分析核心,具有软件维护和更新费用低、周期短、能够根据用户的不同调整测试精度和用户界面等优点。

Abstract:According to the engine revolution characteristics,the paper selected the high accuracy electromagnetic sensor,designed and manufactured the pertinent signal conditioning circuit,matched by the data collection card with high responsiveness and the sampling frequency,utilized the virtual instrument platform—LabVIEW to design test software,used software to control time gap,used the M/T way to compute rotational speed,developed non-load dynamometer of engine based on the virtual instrument,effectively avoided the flaws of traditional dynamometer using hardware trigger and the M way to compute rotational speed,moreover this test system took the software as the computational analysis core,had the low expense of software maintenance and renewal,the short period,could adjust test precision and user interface according to different users.
