| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种新的测定王浆腺活性的方法——10-HDA法,其理论依据是:王浆腺在离体培养时,必然把合成的王浆分泌在培养液中,因此培养液中10-HDA含量,可以直接反映出培养液中的王浆含量,从而间接地反映出王浆腺的活性。

| Abstract: | A new method of measuring HG activity has been put forward in this paper.The new method is named the method of 10-HDA,it's theoretical basis is as follows:HG is cultured externaly,the royal jelly that HG secretes must secrete in culture liquid, so the 10-HDA content of culture liquid can reflect royal jelly content of culture liquid can reflect royal jelly content of culture liquid directly,the 10-HDA content can relfect HG activity in directly. |
