摘    要:针对当前经济形式下绿色建筑高速发展,各种类型的绿色建筑层出不穷,为了能对绿色建筑的使用性能等各个方面进行更好的评价,选择性能更加良好的绿色建筑方案。基于德尔菲法及模糊数学,通过体系结构设计、评价目标的分解、指标的筛选和确定、指标权重的确定和修正、指标评价方法和综合评价结果的确定、节能等级标志的建立等关键步骤,从综合能源利用、建筑品质、环境负荷、施工企业管理、人员的健康和安全5个总体指标方面构建绿色建筑综合评价模型,对绿色建筑进行综合评判,并结合实例给出具体的算法。

Abstract:At present,green buildings have been developed rapidly and various types of green buildings emerge continually.In order to appraise the use performance of green buildings more effectively and select better green building program,the comprehensive evaluation model for green buildings was established with Delphi method and fuzzy mathematics,which included five general indexes of comprehensive energy consumption,building quality,environmental load,construction enterprise management as well as workers' health and safety.The key steps of building this model mainly contained system structure design,the decomposition of evaluation objectives,index selection,the determination and modification of index weight,the determination of evaluation method and comprehensive evaluation result,as well as the establishment of energy-saving level marks.Combined with an example,the detailed calculation process was given for comprehensive evaluation of green buildings.
