钙对低温胁迫下油桃花果膜脂过氧化和保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:在油桃萌芽期、花蕾期和盛花末期喷施适宜浓度的CaCl2溶液,可降低低温胁迫下油桃花和幼果膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,使超氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)以及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等抗氧化酶活性维持较高的水平,从而提高油桃花和幼果抗低温胁迫能力。

Abstract:It was shown that 10mmol/L CaCl_2 solution could reduce the permeability of cell membrane and the content of MDA under chilling stress.At the same time the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX were increased by calcium applied.The results showed that Ca~(2+) increased the ability of nectarine flowers and fruitlets to resist chilling stress.
