| 摘 要： | 本文采用一定离子浓度的底液来稀释血清，使血清中的钙全部游离出来，被钙电极所测定。用此法测出猪血清总钙是２，６２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，兔血清总钙是２．４０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，所测结果与其它方法所测一致，适合临床快速、准确测定血清总钙的要求。

| Abstract: | The determination of total calcium in serum using calcium ion-selective electrode is described. The calcium in serum was released by adding electrolyte solution of certain concentration.The total calcium in pig and rabbit serum determined by this method was respectively 2.62 mmol/Land 2.40 mmol/L, which closely coincided with those determined by other typical methods. this method can be used in clinical examination of total calcium in serum for its rapidity and accuracy. |
