| 摘 要： | 水培扦插切断马铃薯脱毒试管苗在温网室条件下生根成活后,能否正常生长,是决定水培扦插切断马铃薯脱毒苗及脱毒种薯一年制供种技术研究成败的关键。通过对8个生长营养液配方的筛选试验,结果表明,在水培马铃薯脱毒生根苗的生长过程中,生长营养液配方3的生长效果最佳。

Screening Experimental Study on Hydroponic Nutrient Solution Formula of Potato Virus-Free Seedling Growth |

| Abstract: | Whether the hydroponic cuttings cut potato virus-free plantlets is survival is the key to to determine the success or failure of the study of hydroponic cuttings cut potato virus-free seedling and virus-free seed potato planting technology of the year in the greenhouse conditions after the root is survival.The results of screening experiment of 8 growth nutrient solution formulation showed that the growth effect of nutrient solution formula 3 was the best in the growth process of a hydroponic potato virus-free seedling. |
