| 摘 要： | 目的]研究常见市售生活用品对蚕豆根尖细胞的诱变作用。方法]选取不同浓度的3种市售生活用品（花露水、洗洁精、牙膏）为诱变剂，分别处理松滋青皮蚕豆根尖细胞，用微核检测法确定蚕豆根尖细胞的微核率。结果]蚕豆根尖经过不同浓度的花露水、牙膏和洗洁精处理液处理后，根尖细胞形态受到不同程度的损伤，根尖长度明显变短，颜色发黄、变黑。微核诱变试验显示，不同浓度的生活用品处理蚕豆根尖细胞可诱发不同频率的微核率，在一定浓度范围内，其微核率随处理浓度的升高而呈现增加的趋势。当洗洁精处理组浓度达到原液浓度时，微核率却呈现下降趋势，但仍然高于蒸馏水为阴性对照组所得到的微核率。结论]日常生活用品对蚕豆根尖细胞有一定的诱导作用。
