| Abstract: | Abstract: In order to reduce the loss of summer squash after mining, technical specifications were clearly put forward from the aspects of appearance requirements and classification of products, quality safety inspection, classification packaging, cold chain distribution, quality tracing and so on. Commercial treatment of summer squash products was conducted and that was propitious to its quality control and management, achieving high quality and high price, and promoting high quality development. |
