摘    要:为充分利用抚育间伐的木材资源,提高山区农民的收入水平,总结出了一套利用抚育间伐木材进行黑木耳段木栽培的高产技术,包括栽培季节安排、品种选择、出耳场地选择、菌种准备、树种选择及砍伐、木材处理、钻孔接种、发菌管理、起架排场、采收、晾晒、分级、包装等环节,同时建议将黑木耳段木栽培与休闲农业相结合,不仅可为山区农民增加收入来源,还能实现山区林木资源的高效利用,取得良好的社会、经济及生态效益。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to make full use of wood resources from thinning and increase the incomes of farmers in mountain areas, a high-yielding technology about the cultivation of Auricularia auricula on logs by using thinning wood was summed up. The technology included several taches in respect of cultivation season arrangement, cultivars selection, fruiting field selection, strains preparation, tree species selection and deforestation, wood treatment, boring and inoculation, spawn-running management, arraying wood with fruiting, harvesting, air-drying, classification, packaging and so on. Meanwhile, the suggestion that combining the cultivation of Auricularia auricula on logs with leisure agriculture was proposed, which not only increased the sources of farmers incomes in mountain areas, but also realized the efficient utilization of forest resources in mountain areas, and would obtain good social, economic and ecological benefits.
