灵芝孢子粉中微量镁的测定方法

摘    要:采用EBT水溶液光度法测定灵芝孢子粉中的微量镁。试样用HNO3-HClO4(4∶1)湿消化,三乙醇胺掩蔽Fe3+离子后,在pH值为10.5的氨性缓冲溶液中,Mg2+与EBT生成可溶于水的酒红色络合物,在分光光度计波长为520 nm处测定其吸光度。测定结果的相对偏差仅为2.15%,相对标准偏差<2.5%,加标回收率为96.6%~100.8%。结果表明,改进后的方法操作简便,测定快捷,干扰小,准确度、精密度与标准法一致。

Abstract:EBT water-soluble fluid luminosity was used to determine the micro magnesium in Ganoderma lucidum spore powder.After the sample was digested with HNO3-HClO4(4∶1),and shield Fe3+ by tri-ethanolamine,in the ammonia buffer solution with pH value of 10.5,Mg2+ and the EBT produced the claret complex compound that could dissolve in the water and its absorbance was determined at the spectrophotometer wave length of 520 nm.The relative deviation for determined result was only 2.15% and the relatively standard deviation <2.5%.The standard recovery rate was in 96.6%~100.8%.The result indicated that the improved method was simple in operation,quick in determination,slight in disturbance and its accuracy and precision were consistent with that of the standard method.
