淀粉—KI体系光度法测定微量铜(Ⅱ)的研究

摘    要:本文利用碘与淀粉的高灵敏显色反应,建立了光度法测定微量钢(Ⅱ)的新分析方法。该法简单易行,灵敏准确。C_U~(2+)离子浓度在1.0×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1)~6.0×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)区间符合比耳定律,检测限为5×10~(-7)mol·L~(-1)。对水样中微量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,回收率在98.2~99.6%之间变化,RSD为2.2%和2.5%。

Abstract:A new method of determination of micro-amount of Cu (Ⅱ) withs pectrophotometry has been established.The method is based on a high sensitive colour reaction of I2 and starch. It is simple and easy to operate Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 1.0×1018-6.0×10-5mol . L-1 far Cu (Ⅱ). The recovery is from 98.2% to 99.6% and thd RSD is 2.2% and 2.5% when this method is used for the determination of micro-amount of Cu (Ⅱ) in water samples.
